Shipping

We ship worldwide where our carriers deliver, with tracking on every order. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address.

United States: Standard tracked shipping $4.99, delivered in 7 to 12 business days.

Canada: tracked shipping $9.99, delivered in 7 to 12 business days.

United Kingdom and Ireland: tracked shipping $11.99, delivered in 8 to 15 business days.

Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Portugal): tracked shipping $11.99, delivered in 8 to 15 business days.

Australia and New Zealand: tracked shipping $12.99, delivered in 10 to 18 business days.

Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.

Processing time: orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. The Priority Shipping add-on moves your order to the front of the line.

Tracking: you receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Christmas: order by December 10 (US) or December 5 (international) to have your lights under the tree.

Delays: carriers can occasionally be delayed, especially around the holidays. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days (US) or 25 business days (international), contact us and we will sort it out.

Wrong address: double-check your shipping address at checkout and email us right away if it needs changing; we can update it before the order ships.
