30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We're confident you'll love riding with RideLaser. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, no questions asked.

How to return: email littlelayflat@gmail.com or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Items should be returned in their original condition with the strap mount and USB-C cable.

Refunds: once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is issued.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: if a light arrives damaged, won't switch on, or stops working within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo or a short clip and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. The 30-Day Warranty add-on extends this cover by another 30 days.

Lost, stolen or damaged in transit: orders with Shipping Protection are replaced or refunded in full. Without it, contact us anyway and we'll work it out with the carrier.

Wrong pack ordered: if your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll swap it. Otherwise return the item and place a new order.
